SUMMER worship at saint andrew’s

Services are held on Sunday mornings from mid-June to late September. The services are of Morning Prayer, except for the first Sunday of each summer month and closing service which are services of Holy Communion. The Liturgy of the Book of Common Prayer and the Hymnal of 1940 are used, and the Rector of Saint John’s Episcopal Church, Southampton, conducts the services — as has been the practice since World War II. Since our founding in 1879, we have maintained the tradition of inviting visiting clergy from many denominations to deliver the weekly Sunday sermon.
